Individual Counseling.

So many of us have had difficult relationships in the past or are experiencing ongoing challenges in current relationships. Often individual symptoms of depression and anxiety can be linked to relationship dynamics past or present.

I have experience with helping individuals heal from the hurt of past relationships, break old patterns of dysfunction in relating, and find joy in their own lives. I have tools to help you feel great about yourself (whether or not you’re in a relationship)!

I also have a background in career counsleing and personal development. I have worked with Company CEO’s, shop-floor mechanics and every profession you can imagine. If your goal is to switch careers or just find more joy in your work, I can help you.

Affair Recovery.

The impact of infidelity is a devastating experience. An affair has come into your relationship. You never imagined this would happen and now your relationship is in crisis after the discovery of an affair.

Recovery from affairs and infidelity can feel like a challenging task.

Many couples survive infidelity and go on to have healthy and happy marriages or relationships. It is possible to save your relationship following an affair with help from a specialized couple therapist.

Affairs don’t have to end relationships. Healing is possible.

Co-Parenting Coaching.

The end of a relationship is a singularly painful experience - especially when children are involved. Often, one or both people have had bad experiences when their own parents divorced and want to learn better skills for co-parenting.

In addition to tools that are available in couples counseling, I have extensive training and practice in alternative dispute resolution which comes in handy when two people are trying to navigate how to be loving parents to their children while not being in love with each other.
